Package your items securely and ship to our returns address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. For defective or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund will include the product price and applicable taxes. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

Exchange Policy

International Returns
