Return & Exchange Process
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Prepare Your Items
Ensure all items are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Include the original invoice or packing slip with your return.
Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and ship to our returns address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. For defective or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information
Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund will include the product price and applicable taxes.
Important Refund Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective products
- Refunds to PayPal accounts may appear immediately
- Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:
- Underwear & Nightwear – All intimate apparel and sleepwear for hygiene reasons
Additionally, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or have removed tags
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (will be clearly marked)
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your desired exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead. Exchanges follow the same process as returns and are subject to the same conditions.
International Returns
As we serve customers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), international returns are accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes associated with the return shipment.
